Job overview
- The IT Officer will manage and maintain the company’s digital systems, websites, online store, internal tools, and IT infrastructure.
- You will work closely with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth digital processes and stable technology performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company website and e-commerce platform (WordPress)
- Support the sales team operations in creating a good content on all the company’s social media handles (Digital marketing)
- Assist in integrating new technologies to improve business operations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 3 years experience.
- Digital Marketer and Seo certified
- Experience with website management (WordPress or similar platforms).
- Ability to resolve problems quickly and independently.
