Job overview
- As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance and achieve goals
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry selling virtual products
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: N300,000 – N500,000 gross per month
- Commissions: Up to N1,000,000 and above monthly based on performance
