Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Backend Systems: Design and develop scalable and secure backend systems that meet the needs of our financial services platform.
- Implement APIs and Microservices: Implement RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of backend systems with frontend applications.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Ensure that all backend systems and software solutions meet security and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize: Troubleshoot and optimize backend systems to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Backend Development Experience: Proven experience in backend development, with a strong background in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Database Experience: Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- API Development: Experience with API development, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
Nice to Have:
- Financial Services Experience: Experience working in the financial services industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Java Developer or Certified AWS Developer.
