Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and delivery timelines
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality control
- Manage technical risks, resolve complex challenges, and ensure delivery of project milestones
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that improve performance, scalability, and security
- Ensure proper implementation of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control processes
Key Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead developer role
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and using project management tools
- Strong background in system architecture, design patterns, and scalable system development
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong backend development experience with languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
- Expertise in microservices architecture and API development
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies
