Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of our software development projects. You will work closely with the Product Manager and engineering team to ensure smooth sprint delivery, clear communication, and high-quality releases.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of developers, QA, and designers.
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.).
- Track sprint progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and technical dependencies.
- Oversee QA, UAT, and deployment readiness.
- Communicate status, delays, and expectations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development and SDLC.
- Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Scrum certification (PSM/CSM).
- Background in software development or DevOps.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
