Job Summary
- The Product Manager defines product vision and roadmap, working cross-functionally with other stakeholders to launch products that meet market needs. Focuses on user feedback, market trends, and business goals to drive product success.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates the effectiveness of product roll outs, focusing on launch timeliness, cross-functional preparedness, and overall market impact.
- Measures customer perceptions of product usability, functionality, and value based on direct feedback.
- Tracks user onboarding, activation, and engagement levels to determine how quickly and broadly customers embrace the product.
- Assesses the product’s contribution to financial performance through new revenue, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitors the on-time completion of planned features and strategic initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in product management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM), or Certified Product Manager (CPM) is an added advantage.
