JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketer/ Web Admin is a person who manages the web operations and is responsible for maintaining the organisations website, creating tools and content for stakeholders engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing
- Responsible for the planning, design, development & content management.
- Develop and expand organisation’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising and other online sources.
- Search engine optimisation
- Website Analytics.
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website.
I.T Support
- Provide technical support to website users and address any issues that might arise.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the website by ensuring that it is functioning properly.
- Security management. Responsible for securing the website against security threats and breaches like hacking, malware etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree from any recognised tertiary institution.
- Knowledge of website design, development, tools and programming.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office packages
- Working knowledge of cyber security.
- Understanding of SEO, Database management server and other related aspects.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
