Job Description
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining product features, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders—customers, business leaders, and internal teams—to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Develop and manage a product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the development team.
- Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product progress, performance, and roadmap adjustments.
- Ensure the product meets user needs by conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate on features to enhance value and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, or in a related role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and basic technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience using data to drive decision-making.
