The University of Uyo is located in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The university was formerly known as the University of Cross River State. On 1 October 1991, the Federal government of Nigeria established it as a Federal University and the name was changed to the University of Uyo.
Requirements
- To qualify for appointment, the candidate must possess a University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification plus 18 years relevant post-qualification experience.
- Registration with appropriate professional bodies shall be required.
Salary and Conditions of Service
- Salary: CONTISS 15
- Condition of Service: Conditions of service are as generally applicable in the Nigerian University system. A University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification plus 18 years relevant post qualification experience.
