Job Overview
- As our Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying data-driven models and decision systems. Your work will help power credit decisions, customer insights, financial forecasting, and other intelligence-driven product features.
- You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to bring analytics and AI to life across the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a data science-related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, applied statistics, or machine learning
- Strong proficiency in Python and common data/ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end model development: from data wrangling to deployment
- Strong grasp of statistical modelling, experiment design, and model evaluation
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker)
- Experience with GenAI tools and NLP frameworks
- Previous experience building credit risk models is a plus
- Previous agency or fintech experience is a plus
