Job Overview

  • We are seeking a data-driven professional to lead our education and impact analytics.
  • As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll drive data initiatives that inform key product and policy decisions across our education financing programs.
  • You will design systems that help us understand the economics of schools, education access, and student progress in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data collection and analysis on education costs in public and private schools
  • Build a database of private schools categorized by type, location, and registration status
  • Analyze and visualize data on learning outcomes, school trends, and family education financing
  • Oversee periodic “State of Education” reporting initiatives
  • Support our student loan program by analyzing borrower segments and repayment patterns
  • Mentor junior data team members and manage workflows

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of data analytics experience
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Experience with survey design, field data collection, or impact analysis preferred
  • Experience in education, financial inclusion, or development sectors is a strong plus
