Job Overview
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Fiber QA/QC officer to join our team.
- This role is critical in ensuring the quality and accuracy of fiber optic network deployments by reviewing Low-Level Designs (LLD), conducting quality assessments, and managing project documentation.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber optic network quality control, design review, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance (QA/QC) inspections to ensure compliance with industry and project standards.
- Review Low-Level Designs (LLD) and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and escalate snags (deficiencies) before and after resolution.
- Manage project documentation, including preliminary assessments and final acceptance records.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly project meetings and escalate issues requiring resolution.
- Review Implementation Vendor’s quality control documents to facilitate acceptance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fiber optic QA/QC, design review, and network deployment.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic testing, quality control, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing Low-Level Designs (LLD).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage documentation, reports, and escalation processes.
- Strong communication skills.
