Responsibilities
- Prepare and track daily diesel level across Managed Sites.
- Monitor IPMS/Hybrid/Solar/PHCN (OPEX DEVICE) sites performance after reactivation to get diesel savings and ensure prompt escalation of non-functional site for immediate investigation and resolution of issues.
- Monitor consumption pattern of every site and come up with actual consumption report for all sites
- Track and capture daily/weekly diesel movements.
- Report faulty hour counter for immediate attention.
- Prepare & attend weekly diesel level review with Customer.
- Call FME for daily diesel level update.
- Daily tracking of the below App: Galooli App Siterra App
- Escalate irregularities on diesel theft and follow up till root cause is identified.
- Draw up site-wise diesel allocation.
- Follow-up on Diesel Allocation Schedule with Energy team.
- Tracking Diesel Pickup progress from the Bulk supplier/ISM, immediately flag any show stopper to stake holders for resolution.
- Follow up on Diesel Pickup & Delivery to sites.
- Regular Diesel Supply update with Customers.
- Identify and escalate to internal management on any anomalies of diesel deliveries. etc. {Under Supply, Wrong Calibrations & 3rd Party Wrong Meter Reading}.
- Prepare/validate diesel consumption details to the Energy team.
- Validate consumption reports presented by ISMs.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Engineering, Statistics or related field of study from a recognized Institution.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Telecommunications site operations support and analytics.
