About the job
- Conduct data clean-up processes within spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support teams with data structuring, modeling, normalization, and repository management.
- Design and implement database solutions optimized for performance and scalability.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data using tools like SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
- Translate data findings into business recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and security via access controls, encryption, and backup procedures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Develop custom queries, reports, and automation scripts.
- Provide technical support and training to data users, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Automate data workflows and optimize existing processes for efficiency aligned with business objectives.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot inconsistencies across systems.
- Document methodologies, processes, and technical specifications.
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data standards
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-5 years of demonstrable experience in data analysis or a similar technical role.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data cleaning, structuring, and modeling.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus

- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics
- Understanding of business intelligence and KPI tracking
- Certification in data analytics or related tools is an advantage
