Required Skillset: Experienced Enterprise React/Tailwind Frontend Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer with a proven track record in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications for enterprise environments.
Core Technical Expertise:
- React.js (Expert): Mastery of Hooks, advanced component architecture, and performance optimization
- Tailwind CSS (Expert): Deep proficiency in utility-first development, responsive design, customization, and building reusable UI components.
- TypeScript (Mandatory): Strong command of type safety, complex type definitions, and integrating TypeScript into large-scale projects.
- State Management: Expert-level experience with Redux Toolkit (or similar robust solutions like Zustand) for complex global state.
- Data Fetching: Proficient with React Query (TanStack Query) or SWR for efficient data fetching, caching, and synchronization.
- Testing: Solid experience with unit (Jest, React Testing Library), integration, and end-to-end testing (Cypress/Playwright).
- Performance Optimization: Proven ability to optimize web vitals, bundle size, and overall application speed.
- Security: Strong understanding and implementation of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, secure authentication/authorization).
Enterprise & Architectural Acumen:
- Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) or Static Site Generation (SSG) using frameworks like Next.js.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for enterprise applications.
