Job Summary
- We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Information Technology Officer to support our IT strategy and operations.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology with our business goals, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting retail/QSR technology platforms, including POS systems, ERP, e-commerce integration, and digital ordering channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
- Support the management and optimization of enterprise systems (POS, ERP, inventory, CRM).
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and data security across all outlets and headquarters.
- Ensure seamless integration of e-commerce, mobile apps, and third-party delivery platforms.
- Provide technical support and solutions for in-store operations (e.g., digital menus, kiosks).
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead IT projects including new system deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support business intelligence initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 – 6 years of progressive IT experience.
- Experience in QSR, Retail, or Confectionery industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle), and retail analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple IT projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, NDPR).
