Job Summary

  • We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Information Technology Officer to support our IT strategy and operations.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology with our business goals, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting retail/QSR technology platforms, including POS systems, ERP, e-commerce integration, and digital ordering channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Support the management and optimization of enterprise systems (POS, ERP, inventory, CRM).
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and data security across all outlets and headquarters.
  • Ensure seamless integration of e-commerce, mobile apps, and third-party delivery platforms.
  • Provide technical support and solutions for in-store operations (e.g., digital menus, kiosks).
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead IT projects including new system deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and support business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 – 6 years of progressive IT experience.
  • Experience in QSR, Retail, or Confectionery industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle), and retail analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple IT projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, NDPR).
