- Oversee development and performance of retail digital banking services including mobile app, internet banking, USSD, and digital wallets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feature development across digital channels for retail customers.
- Monitor NPS and customer behavior to drive innovation.
- Interface with engineering and design teams for user-centered products.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations in service offerings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in digital banking, product ownership, or fintech.
- Experience in launching customer-facing financial products.
