Job Summary
- Lead innovation and operational excellence across payment channels including mobile, online, and in-branch platforms.
- Ensure security, scalability, and customer-centric product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of payment products.
- Collaborate with fintechs and payment processors to integrate solutions.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and updates in the payment space.
- Track and improve transaction success rates and customer adoption.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 4 – 6 years experience in digital payments or banking technology.
- Familiarity with NIBSS, Remita, and other local/global payment rails.
