Responsibilities
- Architect, build & maintain production-grade Flutter apps used by thousands daily.
- Drive and implement MVVM architecture for scalable, maintainable codebases.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for real-time experiences.
- Collaborate with designers to bring elegant, intuitive UI/UX to life.
- Write testable, efficient, well-documented code with a focus on performance.
- Lead sprint planning, standups, and technical architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development.
- Expert understanding of MVVM and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc — Provider/Stacked preferred).
- Strong portfolio of successful apps in the Play Store/App Store.
- Fluent in REST APIs, JSON, and clean code principles.
- Git/GitHub wizard who’s comfortable in agile environments.
- Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about building world-class products.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Firebase, local storage (Hive, SQLite).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines & mobile release processes.
- Experience mentoring or leading Flutter teams.
