Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage hospital network systems, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues promptly.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and reliable network performance.
- Assist with the integration of medical technology and hospital management software.
- Provide technical support to staff and conduct basic IT training when necessary.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hardware maintenance and networking.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network configurations, and basic server management.
- Familiarity with hospital/healthcare IT systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
