Nordica Fertility Centre was established by, Dr. Abayomi Ajayi, in association with Nordica International, Denmark, to provide the latest and most advanced assisted reproductive services for the treatment of male and female infertility and related issues.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Focus: Developing comprehensive marketing plans, including branding, positioning, and promotional strategies, to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
- Sales Initiatives: Actively engaging in sales efforts, collaborating with sales teams, and identifying opportunities to boost product sales and market share.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage more than one product throughout different Product Lifecycle.
- Market Preparation and Launch: Plan and execute effective strategies for market preparation and product launch. Be a key member in launch plans, including promotional materials, messaging, and promotional tactics to generate excitement and drive product.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory affairs, digital, market access, to ensure successful product leverage, launch, and ongoing management.
- Regulatory and Compliance: Stay up to date with company SOP, local regulations, and guidelines to meet all legal and compliance standards. Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to approve materials as required.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring targets are met and launch excellence is achieved.
