Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.
- Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
- Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
- Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies.
- Upgrades hardware and software components.
- Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
- Monitors and collects data on system performance.
- Position will receive direction and support.
- This position level would typically include junior Technical Analyst performing mostly basic tasks.
- Prior extensive experience not required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
