Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor IT staff, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
- Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hybrid & cloud systems) to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware/software procurement.
- Assist in preparing and managing the IT department’s budget.
- Maintain IT systems documentation, procedures, and policies.
- Provide user support and ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws/regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing IT systems and teams.
- Experience with inventory management systems (advantageous).
- Strong expertise in networking, databases, and programming.
- Experience with hybrid & cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to develop and implement IT policies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the QSR/Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
