About the Role
- We at Enviable Group, are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Officers to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure IT security protocols are adhered to.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and regular maintenance.
- Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions.
- Support staff with IT-related training when necessary.
Requirements
- OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system installations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
