Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the technical strategy of the organization, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the integration of AI and no-code tools into our existing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Assess new technologies and platforms, ensuring that we stay ahead of trends and leverage the best solutions available.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Communicate technology strategy to partners, stakeholders, and the board of directors.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in startup or high-growth environments.
- Proven expertise in AI technologies and their application in business solutions.
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Dify, Bubble, Webflow, etc.).
- Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and mentor tech teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills; able to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in healthtech or related fields is a significant plus.
