- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage and oversee our ATM and card system operations, with a primary focus on the Postilion switch.
- The ideal candidate will ensure all related systems run efficiently, securely, and in compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day ATM and card system operations, ensuring all processes run effectively and efficiently.
- Provide technical and operational support for the Postilion switch, including troubleshooting and coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to maintain, monitor, and upgrade ATM and card systems.
- Ensure system security, integrity, and compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including transaction logs, maintenance records, and upgrade reports.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in ATM and card systems, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience managing ATM and card operations, with hands-on expertise in Postilion switch systems.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to ATM and card operations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
