 Responsibilities:

  • Implement, support, and optimise Dealer Management Systems (DMS) within client dealerships.
  • Analyse dealership financial and operational processes to ensure system alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and best practice usage of the DMS.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with internal IT and software providers for resolution.
  • Assist clients in improving workflows, reporting, and compliance through system capabilities.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure optimal system usage.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the go-to specialist for DMS-related queries

 

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Business (advantageous).
  • Strong background in automotive dealership operations, particularly finance and administration.
  • Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, Autoline, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to train and guide teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
