 Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk and floor operations to ensure smooth patient experience.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to manage patient flow efficiently.
  • Monitor staff conduct, service delivery, and adherence to hospital standards.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare daily activity and service reports for management review.
  • Train and mentor customer service officers to maintain a consistent standard of care.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or customer service management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
