Job Overview
- Join Berger Paints Nigeria Plc, a leader in the coatings and allied industry, as we seek an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, strengthen controls, and deliver insights that power strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and corporate governance standards.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, audits, and stakeholder relationships.
- Mentor and develop the finance team.
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/ACA/ACCA preferred).
- 7–10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong grasp of financial systems, reporting, and ERP tools
- A proactive leader with integrity, precision, and business insight.
