What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conducting initial phone interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated
- Participating in job fairs and recruitment events
- Providing admin support throughout the hiring process
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Great organization and time management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
