Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Drive employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced: Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or fast-growing organizations.
- Certified: Possession of HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- People-Centric: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
