Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers
- Monitor and distribute office supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g. multi-line phone system)
