 Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate testing and analysis of petroleum products, including fuels, lubricants, and other derivatives.
  • Ensure all tests are performed in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, API, etc.).
  • Record, interpret, and report test results clearly and promptly.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and environmental standards in all laboratory activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory processes and quality systems.
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation and data management for all laboratory operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a petroleum or lubricant laboratory environment.
  • Strong understanding of petroleum product specifications and quality testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and equipment handling.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

 Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with petroleum product testing methods and quality analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards (ASTM, ISO, API, SAE).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
