- The ideal candidate must have strong ability to Manage contractors / contract workers management.
- This is a very critical job role; we need someone who would focus more on this and report possible gaps after analyzing contract workers attendance.
Responsibilities
- Minimizes legal liabilities and reputational damage by ensuring contractors operate within legal and safety boundaries.
- Guarantees that outsourced work meets the organization’s standards and objectives.
- Proactively identifying and managing potential issues, such as safety hazards, payment complications, or operational disruptions, to protect the organization’s reputation and bottom line- must have his ears on ground to avert strike actions by contract workers
- Verifying contractors’ credentials,payment of insurance to date. Ensuring contractors meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Fostering clear and effective communication between HoDs/ Shift -in- charge and contractors.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 – 7 years experience.
- The candidate must have either intermediate or advance knowledge in excel.
