Job Overview
- The Product Manager will lead the development and growth of fintech products from concept to launch.
- This role involves understanding customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Manage product lifecycle from planning to launch and iteration.
- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize product performance.
- Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 – 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, or lending products.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments.
