Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and validate subscriber and service-related data from VAS platforms (SMS, USSD, Shortcodes).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor key VAS service metrics, including registrations, participation, and traffic trends.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate campaign and service records.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to support ongoing VAS initiatives.
- Learn and apply modern data analytics tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the VAS and telecoms industry.
