- We are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to support the Retail Business Development division of the Clicks Group.
- The role will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town, reporting to the Business Efficiency Executive.
- The Business Analysts’ role is to obtain, analyse, specify and validate the business needs of various projects within the business.
Responsibilities
- Required to work on 7-9 years’ experience as a Business Analyst data quality and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Essential: Relevant tertiary IT or related qualification
- Desirable: Certificate or Diploma in Business Process modelling from an industry-recognised institution
- 7-9 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- 3-5 years’ working in a project management environment
- 3 – 5 years’ systems analyst experience or substantial business experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in the following:
- Business process modelling/ engineering
- Project life cycles
- System development life cycle
- Understanding of Information technology
- Quality management
- Risk management
