The 8thGear Graduate Trainee Program — Not for Everyone. For the Driven.
At 8thGear, we’re opening our doors to a select few Graduate Trainees across Communications, Programs, BD/Sales, Finance/Accounts, IT and HR.
You’ll learn. You’ll serve. You’ll stretch yourself.
It’s 2 hour of training every week, and 3 months of real, hands-on work where you’ll build, solve, and make impact. It’s not easy — it’ll test your consistency, your attitude, your hunger, and how well you handle the real world.
If you’re just looking for a title, skip this.
If you’re looking to become someone valuable, you belong here.
