Job Overview
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for an Information Technology Support Officer.
- The IT Support Officer will be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and maintaining desktop computers and printers.
- The role involves ensuring seamless IT operations within the organization, responding to technical queries, and setting up or maintaining IT equipment to support staff productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical inquiries
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving in IT environments
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
- Experience with Computers and Printer Support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for addressing user needs effectively
- Ability to work on-site and manage technical equipment in real-time
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are an advantage.
