Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Networking:
- Manage and maintain all company infrastructure and Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and internal networking systems to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Oversee video conferencing systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor internet speed, implement access controls, and ensure consistent network performance.
Hardware & Systems Management:
- Provide support for laptops, desktops, and remote server issues.
- Ensure timely maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of IT hardware.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
Software & User Support:
- Offer user assistance for software-related issues and system access.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage and support Odoo ERP, including:
- Onboarding of new users
- Creation and management of user accounts
- Resolution of operational issues and workflow problems
- Manage Syncroteam onboarding and support for all new and existing users.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a HND B.Sc Degree with 7 – 12 years of work experience.
