Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos for an End User Support Engineer. The role involves providing troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and expertise in operating systems on a day-to-day basis.

  • Expertise in Operating Systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Experience in IT support or a related field

Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • ITILv4 Certified
  • 3 years + experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
  • Experience working in a telecommunications company.
