The DevOps Engineer will join the Product & Engineering team to design, secure, and scale Hugo’s infrastructure powering internal platforms, CX solutions, and AI-enabled tools.

The Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for creating processes as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation tools.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer passionate about container orchestration, DevOps, and platform reliability.

6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering
2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role

Strong exposure working with at least one of GCP, AWS & Microsoft Azure (preferably Azure & AWS).

The candidate will be responsible for building, securing, automating, and maintaining the bank’s infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and deployment processes.

Senior DevOps Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps with strong focus on cloud infrastructure, automation, and infrastructure-as-code using AWS and Terraform.

Ideal candidates must have 4+ years DevOps experience and AWS certification. Only qualified applicants will be contacted.

Work closely with clients to deploy and troubleshoot our products in clients’ AWS environments ensuring smooth integration and performance.
