Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to act as the operational backbone of our development team. Currently, our process lacks the rigor needed to scale.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical projects, driving execution, and maintaining alignment with both technical and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is expected to be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher)

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies or closely related to field; a Master’s Degree or processional certification in M&E is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a Minimum 6 years relevant experience in a busy logistics environment.

The ideal candidate is expected to shape our methodologies, mentor our teams, and ensure we deliver exceptional value to our clients.

The ideal candidate is expected to be enrolled in a college or university or recently completed a degree in (in the past 1 yr.) in a business, project management or other related degree. 

The ideal candidate will be based in Kilifi County and will provide hands on technical support to County Health Management Team (CHMT) and other actors to increase utilization of RMNCAH services in Kilifi county.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a degree in Community Development, Social Work, Administration, Counseling Psychology, or related field.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 5 years’ experience working in an office environment in a similar position. (Regional Program Assistant).

The ideal candidate is expected to have Experience in an environment requiring diplomacy and good judgment in managing interactions inside and outside an organization, with individuals at all levels, including senior executives and other high-level officials.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a post-graduate degree in International Development, Economics, Social Policy, or a related field.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations Management, preferably within SMEs or consulting.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Management, Cooperative Development, Enterprise Development, or related field. 

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least three (3) years of proven experience in grant administration, project budgeting and financial management of European Union funded projects. 

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 10+ years of experience in humanitarian programming, with significant time spent in field-based roles managing multi-country or large-scale operations.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 7 or more years of professional work experience.

The ideal candidate is expected to have experience in investment readiness, business training and coaching methodologies tailored for agri-SMEs.

The ideal candidate is expected to have Education University bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agroforestry/Environmental Studies, Horticulture, Project Management or any other related field.

The ideal candidate is expected to have Expertise in interpreting and applying donor regulations (like those from multilateral and bilateral donors)
