Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manufacturing schedules and assist with production planning activities
  • Manage office supplies and inventory related to production operations
  • Prepare, maintain, and update production reports, documentation, and records
  • Serve as a liaison between production, quality control, logistics, and HR departments
  • Schedule meetings and manage internal communication on production-related matters
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes for new manufacturing staff
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
  • Contribute to improving administrative efficiency within production workflows

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
