- To provide an efficient inbound and outbound call centre function to Fleet merchants by resolving queries and complaints accurately and within agreed service times.
- The call centre provides a 24/7 service.
- To provide an administration support function.

- Field of Study: Not applicable
- Experience Required

- 1-2 years Experience in the Fleet management system, Call Centre experience will be beneficial.
