We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the management of Operations, Compliance, Data Management, and Project Processing across all Business Distribution Financing entities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit periodic regulatory and compliance documents including UFCE, End Use Certificates, Collection Certificates, Management Representation Letters, ESMS Declarations, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end fundraising process:
- Compile and submit data such as maturity profiles, collection and repayment schedules.
- Assist in drafting agreements (Facility Agreement, Account Pledge Agreement, RPMA, Assignment Agreement).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of data and documentation.
- Track collections and cash flow in real-time by engaging with country accountants.
- Gather financial data required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Analytics and Treasury functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field with a major in Finance.
- Solid understanding of financial products and banking operations.
- Proficiency in preparing and submitting financial reports and documents.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
