Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 – 3 years proven experience as a Back-End Developer.
- Mandatory: Proven experience building crypto/web3 platforms (wallets, exchanges, DeFi solutions — beyond traditional fintech/payments).
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go (Node.js preferred).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts or tools for enhancing back-end systems.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapting quickly to change.
- Fast worker with ability to ship quickly in an agile remote team.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
