Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Backend Engineer to join our growing team.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that deliver real impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Implement best practices in software development, testing, and CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or Software Developer.
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, PHP, .NET).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
