Job overview
- We’re seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Chief Operations Officer to lead enterprise operations, cybersecurity oversight, and shared services functions.
- This role ensures operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional coordination while upholding compliance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Oversee cybersecurity teams (SOC, Red/Blue teams, Incident Response, etc.) and ensure service quality and compliance
- Drive process optimization, automation, and cross-department collaboration
- Enhance client experience and align operations with business development goals
- Lead change management, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, business continuity, and risk management
- Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and service line profitability
- Set performance goals (OKRs/KPIs), lead reviews, and mentor senior leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field; MBA required
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
- 15+ years in operations/cybersecurity/technical functions, with 8+ years in senior leadership
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
- Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and scaling operations
