Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of an integrated security strategy across physical and cyber domains.
- Protect company facilities, equipment, and personnel while maintaining a safe operating environment.
- Oversee and strengthen cybersecurity programs in alignment with global standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Advise the CEO and Board on security risks, threats, and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and lead crisis management initiatives.
- Manage security teams and external providers, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
- Foster a security-conscious culture through employee training and engagement.
- Develop and monitor security budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, IT, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven leadership experience in corporate security management.
- Strong knowledge of both physical security and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Track record of managing large security operations and crisis response in high-risk industries.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CPP, or related are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
